If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must discontinue the use of the website immediately.
- Scope of the Services
The website provides travel-related booking and intermediary services, including:

- Tour and activity reservations
- Transportation services (car rental, airport transfer, etc.)
- Travel packages and itinerary services
- Customer support and additional travel assistance
Indotours.nl acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, manage, or control the services provided by Suppliers.
- User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating bookings.
- Ensure payment is made using valid and authorized payment methods.
- Use the website solely for personal or authorized booking purposes.
- Respect and comply with Supplier rules and regulations.
- Be fully responsible for any actions taken through their account.
Indotours.nl reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of fraud, misconduct, or violation of these Terms.
- Booking Confirmation & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- Prices displayed may include or exclude taxes, service charges, or Supplier fees.
- Indotours.nl is not liable for payment delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.
- The User is responsible for verifying booking details before finalizing payment.
- Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds
Policies regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds are determined by each Supplier, not by Indotours.
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
- Changes may incur additional fees from Suppliers.
- Refund processing times depend on third-party payment channels and Supplier policies.
Indotours will assist in mediating communication but cannot guarantee approval for cancellation, amendment, or refund requests.
- Role as Intermediary
The User acknowledges that:
- Indotours does not provide accommodation, transport, or tour services directly.
- Indotours is not legally responsible for service quality, safety, or performance of Suppliers.
- Any claims, losses, or damages arising from Supplier actions must be directed to the relevant Supplier.
Indotours will provide reasonable assistance but holds no liability beyond its role as an intermediary platform.
- Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
The User is responsible for:
- Ensuring all travel documents (ID, passport, visa, entry permits) are valid.
- Complying with health and safety protocols, including vaccination or test requirements.
- Securing travel insurance if needed.
Indotours is not responsible for losses due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
- Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, text, images, and other content on Indotours.nl are the property of Indotours.
The User may not copy, use, modify, or distribute any Platform content without written consent from Indotours .
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Indotours shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, opportunities, or data
- Failures or negligence by Suppliers
- Delays, overbooking, schedule changes, or cancellations
- Accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during travel
- Force majeure events (see Clause 11)
In all cases, Indotours liability (if any) shall not exceed the total value paid by the User for the affected booking.
- Force Majeure
Indotours shall not be held liable for failure or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Technical or system failures
- Strikes or industrial actions
In such cases, Indotours may assist in rebooking or communication, but no guarantees or liabilities apply.
- Privacy & Data Protection
Indotours collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with a dedicated Privacy Policy.
By using Indotours , the User consents to the use of their data for booking, operational, and customer service purposes.
- Amendments to Terms
Indotours reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Revisions become effective upon publication on the website.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
