              2. Ensure payment is made using valid and authorized payment methods.<\/li>

              4. Respect and comply with Supplier rules and regulations.<\/li>
              5. Be fully responsible for any actions taken through their account.<\/li><\/ol>

                  4. The User is responsible for verifying booking details before finalizing payment.<\/li><\/ol>
                    1. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      Policies regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds are determined by each Supplier<\/strong>, not by Indotours.<\/p>

                      • Certain bookings may be non-refundable<\/strong> or non-changeable<\/strong>.<\/li>
                      • Changes may incur additional fees from Suppliers.<\/li>
                      • Refund processing times depend on third-party payment channels and Supplier policies.<\/li><\/ul>

                        Indotours will assist in mediating communication but cannot guarantee<\/strong> approval for cancellation, amendment, or refund requests.<\/p>

                        1. Role as Intermediary<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          The User acknowledges that:<\/p>

                          • Indotours does not<\/strong> provide accommodation, transport, or tour services directly.<\/li>
                          • Indotours is not legally responsible<\/strong> for service quality, safety, or performance of Suppliers.<\/li>
                          • Any claims, losses, or damages arising from Supplier actions must be directed to the relevant Supplier.<\/li><\/ul>

                            Indotours will provide reasonable assistance but holds no liability<\/strong> beyond its role as an intermediary platform.<\/p>

                            1. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                              The User is responsible for:<\/p>

                              • Ensuring all travel documents (ID, passport, visa, entry permits) are valid.<\/li>
                              • Complying with health and safety protocols, including vaccination or test requirements.<\/li>
                              • Securing travel insurance if needed.<\/li><\/ul>

                                Indotours is not responsible for losses due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.<\/p>

                                1. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                  All copyrights, trademarks, logos, text, images, and other content on Indotours.nl are the property of Indotours<\/strong>.<\/p>

                                  The User may not copy, use, modify, or distribute any Platform content without written consent from Indotours .<\/p>

                                  1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                    To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Indotours shall not be liable for:<\/p>

                                    • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages<\/li>
                                    • Loss of profits, opportunities, or data<\/li>
                                    • Failures or negligence by Suppliers<\/li>
                                    • Delays, overbooking, schedule changes, or cancellations<\/li>
                                    • Accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during travel<\/li>
                                    • Force majeure events (see Clause 11)<\/li><\/ul>

                                      In all cases, Indotours liability (if any) shall not exceed the total value paid by the User for the affected booking.<\/p>

                                      1. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                        Indotours shall not be held liable for failure or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:<\/p>

                                        • Natural disasters<\/li>
                                        • War, terrorism, or civil unrest<\/li>
                                        • Government restrictions or regulations<\/li>
                                        • Epidemics or pandemics<\/li>
                                        • Technical or system failures<\/li>
                                        • Strikes or industrial actions<\/li><\/ul>

                                          In such cases, Indotours\u00a0 may assist in rebooking or communication, but no guarantees or liabilities apply.<\/p>

                                          1. Privacy & Data Protection<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                            Indotours collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with a dedicated Privacy Policy<\/strong>.
                                            By using Indotours , the User consents to the use of their data for booking, operational, and customer service purposes.<\/p>

                                            1. Amendments to Terms<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                              Indotours reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
